It is prepared from homemade cream (malai). <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />250 gms Homemade Cream (Malai) <br />Salt to taste <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large bowl add cream & water. With the help of a hand beater mix everything. <br />- Again add little water & mix well. Butter is ready. <br />- In another bowl take some water. Put the butter in the water. <br />- Heat a pan. Add the butter and let it melt completely. <br />- Once the butter turns transparent, add a pinch of salt. <br />- Switch off the flame when the mixture changes color. <br />- Pass the mixture through a strainer. <br />- Ghee is ready.
